The Doctor is very cruel, ignorant, cruelty, appetites, has many sins, his clumsy, abortions and no respect for the poor. He even didn’t accept Kino’s baby to heal with the scorpion bite.

It was a very cruel response to the servant. He didn’t accept his patient just because he wants big account of money. He himself should respect Kino because he was kind and nice to the doctor when he beg for the doctor’s help/skills. But the doctor really refuses to help Kino and the first-born baby.

The swelling was going out of Coyotito’s shoulder. Then Coyotito was healed because of the treatment that was given by Juana to her baby was effective.
